Festus Manor Care Center

The staff was very welcoming and a joy to see. I was visiting a childhood friend that became paralyzed from a car accident. I am grateful for this facility, their family room with birds, a couch, and a piano; and the outdoor garden/sitting area. This was my momma’s home before she passed of brain cancer in 2019. Revisiting it brought back special memories. Thank you to all the staff… you are so appreciated!

Today was a great visit with my sister. She was happy. just had a shower, and I brought her apple pie. The nursing staff was excellent and all very welcoming to residents, as well as families. Her care today was top notch. She had fresh water with ice, bed was made nicely clothes in closet organized and matching. Her room was clean. Felt good about leaving today and leaving her in the care of the staff. Great job Festus Manor.

My sister was here for most of the summer and during that time she received the best care from the nurse aides. Her therapists were amazing and really cared about my sisters progress and healing. New management staff was hired while she was there and that seemed to help with much needed changes. We’d go there again but hope we don’t have to.

Festus Manor has been exceptional! The staff here truly care about their residents, making a noticeable difference in the quality of care and attention given every day. The facility is well-kept and comfortable, creating a welcoming and home-like environment that makes visiting loved ones a pleasure. Communication is top-notch, and they’re always willing to answer questions or provide updates, which brings so much peace of mind. Festus Manor has truly set a high standard for resident-centered care, and I couldn’t recommend them more!

My sister was at Festus Manor for several months. At first she was there for rehab and then unfortunately hospice care. We had a few incidences that I was not happy about but the staff treated her so kindly that we were happy that we had them taking care of her. The CNA named Natalie that took care of her was amazing and the driver named Mary that took her to dialysis and her chemo appointments was outstanding. Both of these employees are truly special people. My sister loved them both and I truly believe that they loved her right back. It made me feel good that when I could not be there that my sister was being loved and cared for by such special people. Unfortunately I was not there when my sister passed away.
