My experience with Dr. Ferrin and his team has been 100% positive. My husband and I have had several procedures in the past 4+ years and have only GREAT things to say about him and his caring staff. Service is always professional and efficient. Both of my surgeries were nearly painless. The entire office is welcoming and caring. I really appreciate Dr. Ferrin, his staff, and their attention to detail...and everyone has a good sense of humor, making the visit pretty fun. Saw Dr Ferrin for oral surgery and couldn't have been more satisfied with the experience. First off, when you visit the office it's quickly apparent that the staff is happy to be there and that translates to every part of your visit. They are all cooperating to make your care as good as possible, making sure at every moment that all your questions are answered and that you are comfortable. Dr Ferrin is highly professional with a wonderful and reassuring manner. To top it off, the office is absolutely beautiful and the exam rooms are obviously state of the art.

I have never written a Google review in my life, but Dr. Ferrin's practice clearly deserves five stars and I feel compelled to recommend him to others! I recently had grafting performed on my upper and lower gums and now have a very healthy looking smile. I couldn't be happier with the results! Dr. Ferrin is passionate about his profession and spends as much time as it takes for the best possible outcome. The entire Ferrin team is fabulous. They are always so friendly and welcoming in a way that puts me at ease. This practice is absolutely a great choice for those who have anxiety about dental care.

Staff was especially cheery at day break hours, clean cut, bright smiles, and were very kind. Dr. Ferrin was easy going, good vibes, made comfortable conversation, and is extremely knowledgeable. He was totally BOSS and explained everything so that I could understand what was needed for my care and helped me make a plan so I wasn’t stressing out with what to do next. I really enjoyed the art and appreciated the referrals given.

Dr. Ferrin and his staff are not only professional, but kind and are very considerate of their patients concerns. Everyone on Dr. Ferrin’a staff are great communicators. They all want you to be aware of every procedure, and the expectations they have of their patient to follow directions. I recently had a laser procedure done . I went into the appointment very apprehensive. I was amazed at their kindness and consideration of my fears. The procedure went by quickly, much faster than I anticipated. I am in my 70’s and have significant periodontal disease. Because of this Dr. I have hope to live my life with my remaining teeth intact. I couldn’t be more pleased.
