Ferndale Urgent Care

This is a great urgent care. We’ve used it several times. It’s very clean and the people that work there are accommodating and thorough . My daughter went into just get a little test cause she had a slight sore throat and we found out she had Covid. I obviously got tested myself an and I was positive as well, I’m glad I’m not out infecting people now that I know we both have it. 5 days of quarantine 😴 nice break.

I have to admit I'm a little disgruntled about the charges here. I went in to see them over a complete inability to urinate in late November 2025. They took my $100 copay at the window, sat me in an exam room, and popped in for about 5 minutes to tell me they can't do anything and sent me to the ER. Definitely not the most effective $100 I've spent. Between the two times I went, back to back days, I've spent $530 and essentially gotten one shot of antibiotics that cost $10 and told that they can't do anything for me... After I was charged.

Olivia and Nicole are the greatest! So professional, patient, knowledgeable and kind. Thanks so much ladies for being so gentle and patient with me. Keep up the amazing work!

Do NOT waste your time. Called before arrival asking if it was a walk in or appt. Answerer seemed annoyed, I stated Id be in soon. No repsonse from the person, she just hung up. Door was locked upon arrival. Had to call to have them unlock it. Signed in at 948 and two people behind me. Ten minutes pass and I have to ask the receptionist if she needs something to check us in. Mind you the waiting room was empty upon arrival. One hour has passed, and the three people that signed in after me are taken back without ANY communication. This was unbelievely unprofessional to a level Ive never experienced. Your receptionist is cold and lacks general skills on human interaction.

Shay and Caitlin were absolutely phenomenal. I came in with a preexisting issue but Caitlin did all she could to help with providing more information that’s others didn’t and making me as comfortable as possible for pain and swelling. Shay is VERY patient, inviting and professional. This will definitely be my go to urgent care! Thank you shay and Caitlin
