Friendly staff, however felt like I wasn’t taken serious, I have no symptoms but have cardiac issues in my family that all started when my family members were in their 40’s. I’m just trying to stay ahead of the game and felt like this MD wasn’t sure how to help me because I’m not facing issues at this time, but trying to ensure there isn’t a silent issue that we can’t see.

Staff was excellent. Very professional and courteous, helpful. With Dr. I felt it was a waste of time and money. He didn't seem concerned about my HBP, didn't go over my EKG nothing. I felt that I was just being treated as a number to line their pockets with $$$. I felt like I was cheated. Seems like the HCA as a whole is not about helping and healing but about money.

My first visit for me being a patient was everything I needed it to be. Friendly, warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable.

Very disappointed in the care I received. I had surgery Thursday and on Friday I was coughing up flem that was green. I called Dr. Smock office and spoke to a Urgent Care nurse that stated she was going to call the Dr who did the procedure. Which she stated he wants me to come in. I spent another 90.00 for nothing. He stated he know heart medicine not antibotics.
