Ferdinand Vet Clinic

I’ve taken in my animals to see two vets, Dr. Kim Heezen is my preferred because she gets things done quickly and efficiently and has always been very personable to us. I ask a ton of questions to better understand my animals and how to better take care of them, and she is always reciprocated my curiosity with answers. I also appreciate that she returns my phone calls in a timely manner. That doesn’t always happen when a vet is in such high demand!

They were very rude on the phone and made assumptions without getting all of the information. I would recommend staying away from this Vet clinic. With how they act on the phone I can only imagine how horrible they will treat animals. Edit in response. First you say she was in eclampsia after puppies. That is false. We brought her in because we were checking everything was ok since she had not had her puppies yet. You didn't run any tests, just an ultrasound and to a random guess that she needed milk. Your solution was to feed her Mac and cheese then charged an outrageous amount. The reason you did not hear back from us is because we went elsewhere for a second opinion and am glad we did as we got a much better service and results saving our dog and her puppies.

Very caring and friendly staff . The Veterinarians are wonderful and knowledgeable.

The vet and vet assistants were excellent at diagnosing and treating my Boxer's pneumonia. Very friendly, thorough and helpful. They got him in quickly and explained his illness and treatment. He loved all the attention!

The staff is very friendly and pretty cheap. I love them. I've had to have a couple animals put down and they show their condolences to u.
