Susan at the front desk was amazing. She went above and beyond to help me get my boys in quickly and even arranged another appointment for me at another dentist. Overall a great experience with everyone in the office.

By far the best dentist I've been to in my life. Dr Feola has corrected a lot of bad prior dental work for me already. They take the time to make everything right. I've never left feeling like I've had shoddy work done like I've had done in the past by others.

This dental practice is hands down the best one you can choose for your care. I had my son 7 weeks ago. I went in due to severe dental pain. They worked me in quickly. They did an X-Ray and looked at my teeth. It was determined I needed a root canal. About five days later, I was still on severe pain. Luckily, they had a cancellation and so they got me in the office today and did the procedure. As a new mom, I’m still hormonal and emotional. They were so patient and understanding. Susan at the front desk is amazing. She is kind and compassionate. She helped explain costs and options to me. Dr.Feola is passionate and honest. The hygienist assisting in the procedure was amazing. I have been using this practice for several years since moving to Charleston. They came highly recommended by my wife and her family. The office staff is always super friendly and courteous. Appointments are made easily without waiting weeks and weeks to be seen. The docs make you feel comfortable and put you at ease during procedures. Would highly recommend them if you're looking for a dentist.

I trust both Dr. Shalhoup and Dr. Feola for all of my dental needs. My parents are patients here as well, and we have been for many years. We live in Charleston, but the office is very convenient with easy parking. I know I can always get in and out in a timely manner, and a satisfied patient. The whole staff is kind and gentle.
