For the first time in a long time, I can say that the dental hygienist the gentleman that serviced me had excellent care and service. He was very kind. He was very gentle and when I had questions. He answered them articulately and I really enjoyed my time there as I said in the beginning for the first time in a long time the service was outstanding; thanks to the gentleman that did an excellent cleaning service. 5/5

My experience was great from signing in for my first appointment. The staff was great and the dental hygienist was super no pain when she had to do xrays for the dentist to review. The dentist was everything I had hoped for in the sense of what needed to done to my teeth for a better outcome. I am very happy that my Neice Natosha McKnight referred me to come here. As she said you will love the practice.

Just don’t. Don’t waste your time or money. Disorganized and dishonest. I don’t know what made me give them another try because I was not pleased with my first experience with them when I first arrived in DC in 2022. But here I am looking stupid and trying them for Invisalign. I’ve had Invisalign before, so I felt this would be easy for them. Nope. Took over a month to get the aligners because they lost the film- turns out they didn’t take enough and the ones they did take were under the wrong patient name. But they sure got me to sign the financial agreement! I told Tammy I did. It have $500 to pay them. Excellent experience from start to finish. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and the wait time was minimal. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Both the dental assistant and the doctor were attentive, took time to address my concerns, and answered all my questions thoroughly. After the examination, I received clear and helpful recommendations. I would highly recommend Fenton Family Dental to anyone looking for quality care.

I’m still waiting on a refund from 2024. They keep telling me they will call me and no one calls. I didn’t realize that they didn’t have my refund credit until I went in for a fill in and had to pay out of pocket. The fill in came out 3 hours later. I went in for a second fill in (to fix the one that came out). After the second fill in, while I was at the office, I told the dentist that my face felt like it was on fire. We were both thinking that it was from the local anesthesia. Oh no, I have a scar on my face from a burn. I don’t know how my skin was burnt like this AT THE DENTIST is where it happened cause I did not have this when I went in. My skin now has a mark on it cause it’s healing. By the way that fill in came out the next morning. They are very nice and make you feel co
