I have been a patient myself with Dr. Carrasco who is amazing! But after today, my mother informed me that she had gone in for a yearly exam and was absolutely humiliated by Dr. Peña! She is a self pay patient and during her visit this doctor not only disregarded her medical needs, she also took the time to loudly speak on my mothers records all throughout the hallways to where other patients could here. This is absolutely a shame since I have so much respect for Dr. Carrasco, his staff is a horrible representation of him and I suggest he work on getting better NPs. No one should be treated the way Peña is treating patients and not only them but the staff as well!!

The clinic & Ms Pena took emergency care of me, I am very grateful. She has a lot of real trauma experience from the past. Very pleased.. Mr Brower took care of my son's emergency roughly a year ago after a sports field accident and very pleased with his emergency treatment. They took my insurance.

Intake to the office was fine but can't say enough negative things about the doctor. Walking in & out of room with no care, taking test not asked for, prescriptions not needed, half explaining the diagnosis and never got what I went in for addressed. Don't go here Pinon patients.

This clinic is a fraud. They are sending my insurance 2 bills with amounts of 740 per consultation, even though it was only one consultation on August 21st. The other one from September 3rd Bill is just a quick call about my test results. They did eye exams that I didn't ask for, an ear exam that I didn't ask for, and a psychological exam that I didn't ask for. So my question is who's going to pay these two bills? I pay $15 per consultation via Coopay. Not even a specialist charges $740 per consultation. These people are crazy, they are profiteers and frauds. I'm waiting for a bill to arrive at my house to start the court, which is causing me a lot of stress. Don't go to that horrible clinic, people with bad intentions and fraud. In fact, I went with my insurance card and they told me that

The worst and most rude doctor and nurses I’ve met. And I get sick pretty often seeing different doctors but this one was the WORST ONE. I went in thinking a woman doctor will understand my struggle, as that is why I went and I was treated with nasty looks and rude comments. If I could give a 0 I would. Worst doctor I’ve ever met. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!! NO VENGAN AQUÍ!!!
