I was a client receiving family support services with my children through this organization. Their purpose was to help make our visits go smoothly and support our bond. Unfortunately, my experience with the male therapeutic provider supervisor was extremely disappointing and felt discriminatory. During one visit, the supervisor insisted that I sit in a room and talk with him, even though I clearly stated that I was uncomfortable doing so and needed a moment . When I declined, he became upset and terminated my visits completely. Afterward, I filed an official complaint about his behavior — but instead of addressing it professionally, the organization ended my case and wrote a false report about what happened. Horrible staff - horrible supervisors - if I could give a zero I would . They are a private practice so I guess that gives them the right to completely disregard your rights - wouldn’t even waste my time!!

Seen a post about them on tik tok I really wouldn’t recommend this place at all !!

Incredible woman who operates with absolute professionalism. I highly recommend Felicia's mental health services. She has helped me in ways that words can not describe.
