Everyone was so nice!! Got an appointment same day, they made sure my insurance went through before I drove over, and the doctor and receptionist went out of their way to answer all my questions. The customer service was top tier and everything felt very private and comfortable.

I used to like this place but my last visit really ruined it for me. The receptionist is incompetent. She cracked my glasses while trying to heat bend them. She pulled the do tor into a private room and whispered to him. They both came out and he said that my glasses were too old and that he couldn’t do anymore to fix them. I couldn’t look down at all without them practically falling off my face. I had to pay $170 out of pocket right before Christmas to get new frames. Then they didn’t even tell me about the cracks. I saw that she cracked them when I got home and was pretty frustrated. The cracks were above where my ears would go and it was big enough to fit my nail in it. I got my new glasses 2 weeks later and I was dumb enough to let her heat bend my new glasses (I didn’t want her to tou

I am a returning patient of Dr. Feldman. I was there last Saturday for my eye exam and glasses. He is very knowledgeable, courteous and thorough. He also explained the coverage of my insurance and I was able to choose the glasses that I really liked. Highly recommended. Thanks Mark.

I saw Dr Feldman today for a Contact Lens Exam. His office is nice and clean. His receptionist is very welcoming. I was referred here by a friend and im so happy they recommended this office. I didnt wait long, was called in right away! Hughly Recommend!
