I immediately called the vet and when I heard that Dr. Hartley was working, I asked if I could please reschedule for an emergency visit yes, the fact of the last time he treated my dog, they Instantly formed A liking to him Which has never happened when I have brought my dog to the vet. My dog instantly remembered and recognize him from the last visit and it was such an amazing feeling to know that my dog was at ease and instantly recognized him with his personality and his voice. TL:DR: Amazing staff and facilities. Do not hesitate to call them. Trigger warning: Animal Euthanasia. Ok, so I should have done this sooner, but the holidays were rough this year (2025) as you can imagine. My companion of 12 years, a beautiful long-haired, tri-color English chihuahua named Nyssa, was diagnosed with an inoperable tumor over a year before at separate facility. At the beginning of December, it suddenly began to swell and I knew it wasn't good. I did my best for over to weeks of decline to keep her comfortable. At first, I was hopeful she would pull out of the lethargic state, as similar had happened the winter before. This time, we were not so lucky. I recently had to make two visits to Feeder Creek for suspicious lumps on our two dogs, that had never been there before. I was able to see a vet within a couple days with one, and under 2 weeks with the other. Staff was very professional and explained everything well. Very pleased with my experience there. Would definitely recommend this veterinary service!

The staff was extremely friendly and more than willing to answer every question with enthusiasm that I asked them (even when the answer could be extremely obvious) and were more than willing to go into depth about my questions when they inevitably lead to even more questions. I also love their incentive program that they offer to make sure that your animal is well taken care of and gives back to pet parents in small ways that matter most :)

I cannot say enough good things about this veterinary clinic. My dog was extremely sick, and from the moment we walked in, the entire team was nothing short of exceptional. They were incredibly professional, compassionate, and attentive during one of the most stressful times I’ve experienced as a pet owner.
