FCPP- Orthopedics

I’ve been a patient here for some time, went through a surgery with Dr.Pettigrew and needed my knee to be checked. I was told I had fluid in my knee, and needed my orthopedic surgeon to check it out. I got an appointment today 11/5 to make sure it’s not something serious. I was called by the front desk woman on Thursday, telling me they needed to update my insurance and they would check it and get back to me. Friday, I had the same thing happen and still no one checked my insurance which I was not aware of. I got the day off, drove from Sacramento to come all the way to Manteca for Dr.Pettigrew to look at the fluid in my knee and tell me how we proceed.
