I would recommend Lacey to every woman I know! She is not only incredibly knowledgeable about pelvic floor therapy, but also brings so much care and compassion to each session. From the very beginning, I felt truly heard and supported. She takes the time to explain everything in a way that’s easy to understand. She has made such a difference in my postpartum recovery!

Lacey is incredible. She helped me get prepared for my first pregnancy and recover postpartum. She is immensely knowledgeable and also a huge encourager. Very professional and also very personable. She helped me feel confident going into the labor/ delivery experience, knowing that no matter what happens a good recovery is actually possible. Her office is very clean and warm, a suitable place to bring your little one for your appointment. I would recommend her again and again!

I absolutely loved my visit with Lacy. She was extremely thorough in her assessment, took time to discuss my specific concerns, and was an overall wonderful human! I was mostly concerned about returning to my normal exercise routine after childbirth. Lacy was able to put my mind at ease about whether my pelvic floor was ready to go running… and I’ve since been running without any problems! I will definitely be back for any issues/concerns that I have with my pelvic floor.

Update: 2 years later and I needed help again for an even more personal issue. Lacy is beyond professional and caring. I felt completely comfortable throughout the entire evaluation. She is incredibly knowledgeable on the matter, making connections I never even considered that may be contributing to my complaints. I highly recommend her for any pelvic health/physical therapy needs! Lacy is an incredible therapist! She listens to your issues, can truly relate to what you are going through, and really cares for the well-being of all her patients. She diagnosed my issue on the first visit and gave me an exercise program to help my problems.
