I’d like to recognize Erika at the front desk for her exceptional customer service. She was incredibly helpful over the phone while assisting me with scheduling my appointment, and she continued to be friendly and attentive when I came in. Her professionalism and positive attitude truly made my experience smooth and pleasant. She is a wonderful asset to the office.

Wonderful staff, that made me smile. I hated the dentist all my life and have had bad experiences previously but now they made me love going ! Each visit is getting closer to my goal. I can’t wait till my next appointment with them. They gave me a dental plan and are helping me along the way with each step to achieve my goal smile. They talk to you so nice and pleasant. Very down to earth bump professional they are down to earth making you feel like you matter that is hard to find in the times we are living in. I truly just love this place and so glad I found them God is good !

We are new to the area and found FFD. My husband and I had a GREAT experience with them. The atmosphere was chill. The staff was welcoming and very professional. This was just the front staff. When we got the back, more awesomeness. My Hygienist Brittany was very professional. I told her I was apprehensive, she was very gentle and did a great job cleaning my teeth. Then I saw the Dentist. She was so kind. Very professional and knowledgeable. I felt so comfortable in this environment and knew my husband and I found the right place. By the way, my husband had a great experience as well. All I know is this place saved my day and my baby's. My daughter had an apt with Day & Night dental.... which by the way came thru in a clutch to give her the apt, however after getting to the apt and receiving a text to confirm I'm coming to only get there to find out their system was down until this coming Friday (2 days away)!!!!! Needless to say I had to find immediate attention for my daughter. After riding around and few calls later I ended up here at smile starters. I was informed that they don't take walk in's but they took me. The young lady at the front desk almost made me cry with her gestures of kindness. I do mean every single staff person I encountered was a blessing and super kind! We go back today to finish the apt and I'm at ease for my daughter's apt. I recommend this pla

I came in yesterday and 100 stars. They are amazing! Each and every one of them just amazing! No judgement zone and made me feel confident in my smile and my smile that we are working on together :)
