I have been a patient of Fatima for over 11 years. I have been always been treated/cared for with great customer service, she listens to my concerns and address health concerns as needed. Wait time has never been too crazy unless emergencies arise.

An amazing thing happened when I visited Dr. Fatima Soto-Logo, PA,. I was greeted in a very welcoming manner. Please let me be clear about this, they were extremely attentive and kind. The place was super clean. The doctor was punctual and a consummate professional. I felt secure, like I was in good hands. A few days later her staff called me to inquire on my condition and it made me feel like they really cared. Deserving of 5 stars. A pleasant experience and what more can one ask for.

Dr Fatima Soto is an excellent doctor and I love that she is on top of things…. When lab results come back, she quickly notifies me of any problems or concerns…and she runs all tests possible to find solutions….

This place is just terrible and work too slow. I gave Dr Fatima and her staff a clearance form early September to complete and it’s going over 1 month and still not completed. I was told by a representative that it was completed and faxed over but they LIED. I don’t have the time to chase down a document that was given to them in person weeks ago. Blood work & testing was completed . They aren’t asking me for anything extra needed for the clearance, and I CANNOT wait any longer. I’ve already pushed my other appointment twice waiting for this document. No one is telling me what the hold up is and only telling me I’ll let the manager know. How much longer!!!! This is not cool!! 😡

She is more concerned over herself than patients. I ran out of breathing meds instead of refilling my script she was pissed from my previous doctors refill stating I was seeing here in place of Soto. Left me without breathing meds for 4 days I’m so upset over this
