I don’t know what all these negative reviews are saying, but Dr. Awan has been my primary physician for almost 20 years and constantly reliable. The man is attentive to his patients’ needs and gives the right diagnoses, prescribing and doing tests only when necessary. For as long as I’m a New Yorker, Fatima Pediatric will be my go to doctor’s office!

The customer service they’re really bad I asked for the school note for my kids. They said they’re gonna call me. I came to twice still I have to wait another half an hour for small note for 30 second staff wait for three hours.

If they would have a zero star I would give them more than zero star Dr Awan he is the worst doctor ever I met he doesn’t know the disease I told him my symptoms he gave me the medication for 1 month I ate but it didn’t work I went back to him again and he gave me the same and told me to take this medication until 2 to 4 years and I took the meds again but my symptoms got worse than that and I went to hospital doctor give me prescription and I’m feeling well but I would not recommend this doctor if you don’t want any troubles this doctor don’t know nothing just looting the people of $50

Dr Awan took TWO DAYS to send the medication list to the pharmacy. Called twice but they won't rush at all. Meanwhile I had infection. I was at the pharmacy to find out because he said it will be sent in 10min when I talked to him for the first time. I called and the receptionist told me medication will be sent soon so I went to the pharmacy again but it was not sent which was already second day. They don't care about patients health. Only wants money.

I am a patient of this clinic. The staffs are very nice and welcoming. Always trying to solve our problems with smile and so much effort. The doctors are also very nice. They always listen to us patiently. The waiting time is also not crazy like other places. We get seen real quick all the time. I can never get such amazing service from somewhere else. So five stars from me.
