Great staff with speedy service! Though short staffed with patients Dianiella was pleasant when checking in. Jacob’s enthusiasm was infectious as he took vitals. And Renee was quick with her diagnosis. Overall I’d recommend this clinic as they definitely live up to their name.

This is first visit I’ve ever made at FastMed at Thruway Center in Winston Salem, NC. The receptionist, Patrice, was very kind, helpful, and accommodating. Annette and Ryan conducted my vitals and medical exam efficiently and professionally. Every step of the way I was treated with.care and kept informed of the procedures. I would NEVER have received this level of care at a hospital emergency room nor as quickly.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had such a great experience at FastMed on Stratford in Winston-Salem! From the moment we walked in, Vanilla and Patrice went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. They were so kind, professional, and made the visit feel comfortable and stress-free. They even went the extra mile by giving my boy some snacks and water, which meant so much and showed how much they truly care about their patients. It’s rare to find people who genuinely treat you like family, but that’s exactly what Vanilla and Patrice did. If you ever need care in the area, I highly recommend this FastMed location, and be sure to look for Vanilla and Patrice. Walked in with flu like symptoms and was ignored from the jump. There was one person in front of me at the front desk getting checked in so I stayed back and waited to be called. Once checked in I probably waited another 10 minutes and was taken to the back. She got my weight and then took me to the back to get my blood pressure, oxigen, temp and swabs to test for covid and flu. The lady said someone would be right with me... 40 minutes goes by and I am still waiting.. mind you, I had already told her that I had a headache and pain level was at 10. As I am growing impatient, I can hear chatter outside the door about cat, cat litter and a car being in someone's name.. gossip is what it was. At that point I had enough and opened the door to see how much longer it would be and the nurse walks

I walked into this urgent care for the very first time at 7:45 pm, Graded with beautiful smiles right away, Even though They were about to close soon. They still show me so much love., The doctor brought me to tears, The bedside manner was beyond the call of duty, I promise you guys if you ever need to go to a doctor , Please consider this place. I’m definitely cooking for the staff,thank you so much for making me feel better
