FastMed Urgent Care

From the time I walked in the door until the time I left, I felt valued as a patient. Every staff member were so polite and caring. There was only one provider at the time and very busy but he was still caring and took his time with me to make sure my questions were addressed. The facility was extremely clean which is important for a medical office. If I find myself needing urgent care again, I will definitely put the facility at the top of my list. Felt extremely comfortable and cared for as a patient.

My foot hurt to the point I couldn’t walk. They treated me for gout right then and within a couple of hours I could walk again. I am a new patient so I had to fill out all the new patient information and still I was in and out in a hour. The staff was awesome. The best Fast Med. I’ve ever been to. I guess that’s why they are rated at five stars by everyone.

My expectations were exceeded. I thought I would have a long wait. I was surprised. Check in was quick and efficient. I was called back and seen by the Nurse Practitioner in a timely manner. Receptionists, medical assistant the attending Nurse Practitioner were great, welcoming, efficient and pleasant. This is a very important facility. Glad they are here in Morehead City.

Convenient to The Bask Hotel where we are staying. Excellent reception. Excellent intake person/CNA/LPN? Very thorough. She wore no tag with credentials. Waited a bit longer than anticipated for PA; I did my assigned PT exercises in the interim. Hurrah for me!!! David was beyond terrific. He seems especially knowledgeable about ear infections and particularly complicated ones. Unfortunately, my eardrum is once again perforated. David, tge PA, changed my antibiotic and added cripro eardrops. I’m going to live!!! Peaceful atmosphere from start to finish. Checking in was a breeze thanks to the lovely lady Kaitlin. Nurse and nurse practitioner were very nice and helpful letting me know treatment plan.
