FastMed Urgent Care

I went in at 7pm Thursday 2-5-2026, with my 5 year old for an electrical burn on his hand. The front desk receptionist was very welcoming. We waited for about 15 minutes if that and was called back by the sweetest triage nurse. Her and the medical assistant were very thorough and interacted with my baby boy. He is a character! The MD Brian Monroe came in quickly and assessed the burn and ordered an EKG and urine analysis which was quickly executed. Everyone from the front desk to the MD reassured my mama heart that there are great professionals still in Healthcare. We were in and out within an hour. I am thankful for their patience and our experience.

The staff were amazing . Very nice & friendly. Explained everything in great detail. I let the nurse know I was afraid of needles and she took her time & was patient with me. The MA name is Rebecca and she did great .

This urgent care and staff were great. Both doctors seemed to really care for us. They were very thorough in how they did things. It was with the trip up there in Lumberton. We will definitely go there again if we need it.

Excellent service and staff. The doctor had to take awhile to get my staples out but she took her time and she was great. Also one of the nurses walked me outside and put my rollalater in my truck for me. I hopefully will not have to go back but if I do I would go back and I would recommend them to anyone else.

Went today for daughter asthma attack. DR Brian Monroe treated her. He is awesome. Super attentive and thorough. He is definitely a gem and I hope the company knows this. The entire staff was amazing, kind, and respectful
