FastMed Urgent Care

Everyone I encountered was fantastic. The front receptionist was super nice and helpful, and the woman who brought me back to the room was lovely as well. However, the main nurse was truly terrible. I think her name was Caroline Priest? She met with me for maybe 3-5 minutes. Once she determined I was negative for the flu and Covid, she literally didn’t care what I had. I told her my mom thinks it might be a sinus infection, and she said, “yeah your mom is probably right.” Who is my mom this this woman? Nobody. Caroline never once looked in my nose and she never checked my throat at all. She just arbitrarily diagnosed me with a sinus infection and then prescribed me this steroid medication that has side effects with the same symptoms I’m going in with. I have been several times, and my experience has been great every time. I had a smashed finger yesterday and the check in team was concerned about getting me in asap. The medical staff was attentive and quick to do triage, and the PA Tommy Sims was incredibly insightful and encouraging. He was terrific and tried hard to help me feel better, despite my being in a lot of pain. Highly recommend!

The online appointment was easy and convenient. The front office staff were very friendly and helpful since it was my first time there. The back office nurse was nice and efficient with her duties. The doctor (PA?) had the most caring attitude and listened to my concerns. She didn’t seemed rushed and explained everything thoroughly. Overall it was a good experience considering how I was feeling.

I was there before the doors opened, and I was second in line. I was quickly checked in and very shortly after escorted back for tests for Covid flu, and a cold. All the staff were polite, friendly, and helpful. I would definitely go back again if I had something minor where I couldn’t get in to see my normal primary care physician’s office.

The process of getting seen by the doctor went smoothly. Doctor Tommy was very nice and explained everything that was wrong with me. He also gave me great health advice. I would definitely come back if Im not feeling well
