FastMed Urgent Care

First time I went about a week ago. When I was checking in I told the lady I had one of them symptoms on the paper that said if to let them know when I do. I still waited 1hour and 45 minutes to get seen. The nurse was really quick. She said it will be a few more minutes for the Dr. I said I need to use to restroom. She told me where it was. I come back and a nurse hands me a water bottle and said sorry. You need to pee in a cup. I said I just went. She was very apologetic. The dr finally came in and diagnosed me and sent me home. It’s been a week now and I still have the problem! I had an appointment set for 10 today for follow up with the problem. They tell me the Dr is out for about a week. Would I like to reschedule? Great experience! After a rough night, we were able to set up an appointment through the Fast Med website so we knew we would be seen before we even left the house. Once there, they let us wait in our car until the doc could see us. Dr Bruce was awesome! We really felt like he cared about making Dad feel better. He talked with us like we were real people even connecting over military experiences, which put my Dad at ease. Both the nurse and the lady at reception were kind to us as well. So thankful they were there when we needed them!! If you are in a situation where you aren’t feeling well, you should try Fast Med Goldsboro.

Obviously I came in hurt so I wasn't in the best mindset. But the ladies at the front were SO kind, even getting me a bottle of water while I waited. Then Darla, what an angel, brought ice packs until I could get back for x-rays and was kind, comforting, and took great care of me. She even recognized that laughing helps me when I'm stressed and so she cracked jokes and talked about her horses. I know that doesn't work for everyone but that was exactly what I needed. Thank you so much!!!

The receptionist was very kind and knowledgeable. She got us checked in and seen very quickly. Ashley (the nurse) was very kind to my kid (the patient) and made her feel very comfortable during the visit. Bruce (the doctor) is extremely caring and considerate. We didn’t leave until 8:30pm and they closed at 8pm. Not once did we feel rushed or unheard. Hands down I would go to this place for anything. The team here is phenomenal.

The wait time was extremely long! To only have 2 people in front of us, then when we was seen , waited another hour in office , but the doctor was was precise , he helped, just the wait really took about all together 3 hours. If you want to see them i would recommend primary care, they dont a long wait time but just a walk in , make sure your schedule is clear.
