I had a very positive experience overall. The DOT medical exam process was well organized, efficient, and handled professionally from start to finish. The staff was polite, respectful, and clear with instructions, which made the visit smooth and stress-free. Wait time was reasonable, and everything moved in an orderly manner without feeling rushed. The entire process was straightforward and transparent, and I appreciated how efficiently everything was handled. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone needing a DOT exam or similar services.

The stars are for the physician, She was great. And she’s gonna be amazing throughout her career. ! She was insightful patient and I honestly felt heard and that she was concerned for my well being . However, the front staff and the Man? nurse that brought me in, was petty and not nice. The iPad that the lady handed me in the front had all kinds of dirty marks /streaks on it. I asked her if it was sanitized and she gave me the nastiest attitude. Not once did she smile! ( even before that) But with her coworkers, they were very loud, screaming, laughing, talking about inappropriate things that you can hear. Patient care was not a priority at the office( by them) At one point The man ?nurse said you can go in there and close the door! Terrible feeling to come for health related issues and

I took my patient in because her face was swollen.She told the lady that was treating her her ankle which had a sore on it was hurting so she took a look at it and immediately knew it was infected.She prescribed her the antibiotic she needed and she is much better. We had a wonderful experience there.

I was very happy with my service. I was able to make an appointment online. Once there, I was taken care of promptly. Everyone was very pleasant. Overall, a great experience.

From the moment we walked in, we were met with professionalism. We were informed of the expected wait time, and the nurse who cared for my daughter was compassionate and witty. We saw Dr. Jessica, who was professional, informative, and easy to talk to. Overall, it was a great experience. The lobby could use a few updated decorative pieces to make it feel a bit more inviting.
