FastMed Urgent Care

I have had some good experiences at this facility… However, after my last visit I will Never return to this Urgent Care! My visit yesterday and the PA’s diagnosis was completely incorrect! I was sick a month before, treated for sinus and upper respiratory infections. I returned yesterday, because I was exposed to an individual who was ill and was staying in my home. The PA ruled it as a virus, and I had no experience of a fever. I had different symptoms, prior to my last illness. She refused to give me a stronger antibiotic, that I desperately needed to feel well, and return to work. I visited FastMed Urgent Care on Sunday, February 15, with an 8:15 AM appointment and was finished by about 9:15 AM quick, efficient, and seamless from start to finish. Let me start by saying I’m originally from Pennsylvania and was initially told my insurance might not be accepted. The receptionist didn’t stop there she said, “Let me try. Let me run it.” And thankfully, it went through! My entire visit was covered, including a thorough examination, X-rays, and the boot I walked out with. By Wednesday, I’m already feeling so much better. On Sunday, I could barely bear weight on my foot, and now I’m steadily improving. We always have a great experience at FastMed. The staff is consistently friendly, efficient, and professional, and we receive good care every time we visit. Check-in is smooth, wait times are reasonable, and the providers take the time to listen. It’s reassuring to know we can count on them when we need care quickly.

Was seen quickly (as always), greeted kindly and scheduled for service efficiently, kindly seen by nurse and PA and really listened to about reason for visit. Always get excellent care here and leave feeling like we are on the road to recovery. Definitely will use this office for future health concerns!

I am a veteran and have been very sick for a few days the VA’s First appointment for me was not until December 19!!! Yes, they treat veterans like a total crap and told me to go sit in The VA hospitals ER…. Feeling the way I feel I know I cannot sit in an ER for hours upon hours…. I ended up going to this Urgent Care and I cannot say enough about the professionalism and the amazing care I received from everyone in this place from the front desk girl all the way to the back! Everyone was so nice. They explained everything to me treated me Within 15 minutes of me getting there. I even had chest x-rays, a breathing treatment five stars!!
