Edit: I see the reply and it looks like it is set so I cannot reply to it. I most certainly did reach out to their customer service first, as I said. Their response was a copy/paste response and they made no effort to do anything more than that. Before leaving a review I did reach out privately to customer service. We went for an xray for an injury. Only after the provider came in for the exam were we informed they did not have radiology and we’d have to go to Millerville for X-rays. This was after a 35 min wait in the room (it was not busy). We were told it was policy not to tell patients at sign in. We were also told there would be no additional charges for this, it was not true. We went to millerville and the staff there was rude and seemed annoyed with the other clinic. The xray tec

Always a great experience at Fast Pace! Staff is always friendly and helpful! The check in process is quick and easy! The provider took the time to listen to my concerns and explained everything clearly! I highly recommend this urgent care if you need fast, compassionate, and high-quality medical attention!

I’ve gone here a couple of times and I am seeing all these reviews where they were in and out within 20 minutes which I think is bull. Each time I have been there I’ve been there for an hour or more. My husband is there now and he has been there for three hours waiting to get a flu test. There was only two nurse practitioners from what I saw and the front desk lady was the one who did the tests! Y’all need more staff for it to genuinely be fast paced. I’m only giving stars because the staff that is there is friendly but as I said, y’all need more people there.
