Fast Pace Health Urgent Care - Watertown - TN

I have been to two locations. Both of them were excellent. My appointment was at 8:07 am. Leslie opened the door at 8. Unfortunately there was a problem with the computer. She remained calm even though the lobby had a lot of incoming! She got the system working. The nurse came in took my vitals and asked questions that would help the NP Kristin. Kristin was the best. She asked questions, made the diagnosis, explained the problem and the cure in detail. Like before a great experience. PS: Kristin was also familiar with the various heart operations I have had in the last year and a half and made sure the meds would not cause any harm.

The on-site nurse practitioner was amazing. Though they were short staffed she made sure everybody was looked at in a timely manner. Very professional, very warm personality, She was running the front office, she was the medical assistant, and the nurse on duty. And was able to keep a smile on her face while working with people that were cranky with the flu and cold. If I could remember her name, I would provide it.

I had a great experience. The doctor listened to me. I mean who knows my body better than me. I will definitely be back and recommend this place to my family and Friends

I'm so blessed this place is in Watertown. I live in considered Watertown but I live in the country and it's not far from me at all and my gynecologist office told me with the symptoms I was having sound like a UTI and a bad one to. Please don't wait if I can get into a walk-in clinic and she asked me if if we had a walk-in clinic I said yes and water down. She said get there now call them so I did and I'm so blessed because they did a urine test and I definitely had a bad UTI and due to my pharmacy Watertown drugs being closed they went ahead and gave me a shot in my hip and I'll pick up my medicine tomorrow. I really appreciate them getting me in and taking good care of me and talking to me. The lady up front was awesome. Michelle and she's the one who gave me my shot. The nurse was awes

The drs and staff are wonderful. They listen to you and take their time. I found a new walk in clinic for my kids and I. An, I would recommend anyone to go here.
