Fast Pace Health Urgent Care - Spindale - NC

The staff and Dr was wonderful... the only reason I gave 3 stars is because the rooms are not clean, no paper for the exam table which is not a big deal, but they dont wipe the exam tables down after each patient, we saw hair to lots of dust ... even a used mask under the table, when we went they were not busy from what we was aware of it was just me and my daughter and one other patient. The exam room 8 we were in was not swept and definitely not moped in a while but that wouldn't be a big deal if they would at the very least wiped the exam table down. Germ heaven. Again the staff was absolutely amazing and we will definitely recommend them.

I had an appointment, but still had to wait over 2 hours to be seen. The receptionist was very kind and helped me through my brain fog. The nurse was professional and caring. The doctor was helpful and quick. She even called ahead to the pharmacy to make sure they had the medication I needed and that they would fill it for me that same night.

My experience was wonderful here at Fast Pace Health. I went in and I was the only person in the lobby. I was taken back very quickly and I saw the Dr and was on my way. All of the staff were caring and attentive to my needs. I would highly recommend them to anyone. What a great team!

I’ve been sick for a couple days. Finally decided today I might need to be seen by a Dr. I looked this place up online, booked my appointment online, was in and out in probably a half hour. Staff was friendly and helpful. Place was clean and efficient. Would absolutely go there again.

First of all it's nice to be able to talk to a human being upon arrival. In many of these urgent care clinics there is no one there except the kiosk. I for one do not like talking through a kiosk. I find it very impersonal. The staff was fantastic from start to finish. They all had a great sense of humor as well as being very professional. I felt extremely comfortable. I highly recommend your medical needs be brought to Fast Pace.
