Fast Pace Health Urgent Care - Mountain City - TN

I’ve been here twice the past few weeks. Each time I booked online in advance and only had to wait out front for a few minutes. The woman at the front desk was very communicative and I adored the doctor. She didn’t rush the visit, explained everything thoroughly, and made sure I was comfortable with all recommended injections/prescriptions. I’ve never received that kind of care from an urgent care facility. Highly recommend!

Not really a good experience. I took my Mother, she was complaining with pain in her shoulder. We were the second of only 2 patients there. She was called back maybe 15 minutes after completing their forms. Once in a room the nurse came back and got vitals and asked Mom some questions. We then waited approximately 45 minutes before the NP came back. She checked Mom out and suggested she needed X-rays which that Fastpace machine was down. We elected to go elsewhere to have that done. She then told Mom she recommended an EKG left again for about 15 minutes. The nurse came in to do the procedure so I left the room so they could do that. My Mom came out with a sling and we left. We then went to the Johnson County Community Hospital where the doctor said Mom had a pulled muscle and gave her a

This is the second time I have been to the mountain city urgent care. So far I have to speak highly of them. They gave me the utmost care and treatment. I went to school with Caleigh's mother the graduated 3 yrs before I did. She is following in her mother's footsteps. She's an excellent person, Dr and friend. She's easy to talk to and will give you the medical advice you need. She's a beautiful sweetheart.

Complete Failure of Care and Patient Safety. I am leaving this review because I was repeatedly asked by this urgent care to “leave an honest review.” Here it is. My first visit was Sunday, January 18th, for continued yeast infection related pain. This visit was rushed, in and out, and while it seemed “okay” at the time, I was never contacted with my lab results, despite being told I would be. That should have been my first red flag. During that visit, the receptionist asked everyone in the waiting room to wear masks, which no one did. One patient had a harsh, croup-sounding cough and was coughing openly. Two others were visibly ill, coughing nonstop, repeatedly running to and from the bathroom vomiting, taking turns. No staff enforced masking or attempted to protect other patients. I was

Great care from the moment we walked through the door. The staff was helpful and did an amazing job getting us in and out. Will definitely use them again!
