For a place that does a terrible job at patient service, you sure do send out a lot of survey requests. I wasnt going to post this but since you are relentlessly spamming my phone and email with survey requests, you asked... I'll deliver! The administrator of this facility needs to train the staff better. Everyone from the front staff to the doctor could use a bit of bedside manner training. Front desk should learn to disclose voluntary vs mandatory paperwork. Voluntary questionnaires should be clearly offered as "voluntary", not "we need you to fill this out". When i go in for a cold/flu symptoms, I dont expect to have to fill out paperwork for anxiety/depression "screening". Treat me for the cold/flu I came in for. Nothing else unless I ask. You are not my PCP. You are an intermediary

My visit here was pleasant. I was able to make the appointment online and sign in online, so no mound of paperwork. My visit was done in a timely manner. The nurse and physician were thorough in my exam.

My appointment was for 4:01, and I was called back to triage by 4:15. I saw the doctor by 4:20. She was thorough and ask if I had any questions before she left. I was out of there by 4:30. Overall excellent experience!

I visited Face Pace Urgent Care in Moss Bluff yesterday due to illness. From the moment I walked in, the service was outstanding. The Reception was friendly and efficient, making the check- in process quick easy. The Nurse who took my vitals was professional, kind and patient. The Doctor was absolutely AMAZING, thorough, attentive and genuinely concerned about my symptoms. I truly appreciate the EXCELLENT CARE I received from start to finish. I highly recommend Face Pace Urgent Care to anyone needing prompt, compassionate medical attention.

My toddler son had been here 2 times before last but the third time, we went in for stomach pain and vomiting. Doctor tested negative for flu. Claimed it was constipation without examining him and sent us on our way with suppositories. 2 days later still complaining about stomach pain and has diarrhea (normal after suppository) so called the doc who seen him. Asked for a nurse or to speak with doctor but front desk attempted to tell us what is wrong and what we should worry about and kept saying 'I don't know' and 'everyone is busy' after I asked for a nurse or the doctor several times to confirm what was happening was normal. We have never experienced constipation. Finally got on the phone with the nurse and was put on hold to ask the doc the questions we had. Sent us to the ER for scans.
