I want to commend the front desk receptionist and NP Tiffany Broussard. Pls forgive me, but I don't recall the front desk receptionist's name, but our visit was on a Friday evening if that helps. She was very polite, courteous, and did everything in her power to make sure that the primary and secondary insurance of my child was appropriated correctly. She went the extra mile with contacting a cohort to make sure that the correct insurance would be billed for the services provided. We came at the tail end of the day and she still managed to serve us with a smile. I was just very impressed with how she handled our intake with such kindness. This location provides great medical service. The attending physician that has serviced my family is very knowledgeable, thorough, patient, caring, and does all she can to provide quality medical care for patients. That’s a rare find in these times. She listens to your needs and concerns and investigates with medical procedures to determine what the issue could be. She doesn’t over prescribe meds to cover everything while solving nothing. She’s really good at nailing the issue so that you get well and feel better. The front desk and back office staff are very friendly and professional. They know how to make you feel welcome and wanted.

Excellent service, online appointment service includes doing 99% of your intake paperwork before getting to the clicking, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to use that if you are going to use their service. Providers are professional, compassionate and knowledgeable. Corners are NOT cut, nurses and assistants are consummate professionals.

After four visits here, I'm finally leaving a review. I prefer waiting until I've had more than one experience before leaving a review. I have taken myself, my daughter, and my children here separately and have not had a bad experience. We had to wait only once, but they were busy, and we were likely considered low priority, so I do understand why. Typically, they are quick, the staff treat us well here, and the doctor/NP is helpful and friendly. They are also great with my children, which is vital in terms of professionalism in any medical setting, in my opinion. I went two days in a row because I started experiencing new symptoms. The provider I saw day one, Tiffany, was absolutely the best! She cared, she listened, and she did everything in her power to help me out. The second day I came Leslie Turner was VERY rude to me because I had come back a second time. Leslie did not listen, she was constantly cutting me off & trying to tell me I wasn’t feeling the symptoms I was feeling. She came in my room with her attitude on 10. I didn’t feel heard nor do I feel like I received the best treatment I could have. Sick people don’t want to come to the doctor to be mocked, cut off every sentence & treated like a burden. I will never come back to fast pace again and I hope no one else is treated the way I was.
