Have a severe inner ear infection. Went there last night around 7:00. Filled out the necessary forms. By the time I filled those out about 10 minutes they called me back. The first nurse was extremely nice asked specific questions and wrote down everything. The nurse practitioner who saw me next was again extremely kind and checked my bad ear she was upbeat and very enthusiastic about my condition. I’m allergic to several standard antibiotics so she prescribed doxycycline called in my a prescription as we were leaving to go to the pharmacy. I was there total time maybe 30 minutes. Best experience I’ve ever had at a clinic/ Dr office. Her advice was right on the money and after a rough night and half the next day I have begun to feel a little better. Hopefully the antibiotics will take care

I needed help early this morning. They are not a 24 hour clinic opening most days at 8am. I was seen within 30 minutes of arrival. They were professional and considerate. I would highly recommend this clinic if you are unable to get to a doctor within normal business hours.

I had an appointment at 130 and was told I would be taken back after the walkin patients. After being seen I was told the ER needed to follow my case and told good luck and I left at 505. I felt very dismissed. This was my 2nd time at this facility. The first tome was azing treatment.

so usually I always have the best experience with any and all fast paces.... until the kingsport location. 1st of all, the nurse that originally called us back and administered our tests was very....off. very, very cold. wouldn't hardly speak. zero bedside manners. like we were inconvenient somehow. to the point where I actually felt very uneasy & uncomfortable being around them. the nurse practitioner was very very friendly and super sweet, however my main concern is the testing. I was clearly very very sick and to hear I had tested negative for everything was really shocking. so after that visit, my fever shot to 102.8. the body aches were so unbearable I actually puked from just the pain alone. I got a 2nd opinion and what do you know... FLU. just like I thought. that Dr even informed m
