Fast Pace Health Urgent Care - Hueytown - AL

Recently, I was feeling horrible (cough, sore throat, headache, etc.) I went to my usual urgent care and they were closed for renovations. My GPS lead me to the nearest Fast Pace and I’m so glad it did. The facility is nice, clean. The check-in process was fast and easy. The office assistant was nice and professional. The nurse practitioner that helped me was approachable, efficient, and knowledgeable. She was also proactive in providing me a work excuse without me having to ask. I highly recommend. Hopefully, I won’t get sick anytime soon but if I do, I will gladly go back to Fast Pace!

Went in to do a pre-employment drug test and physical and was in and out in no time. The woman at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful and the np was just as nice and helpful. I was in the room maybe 5 minutes and the Dr was in. She did my physical and had me out of there really fast. I was there maybe 45 minutes from walking in the door and filling out my info to doing everything that I needed done and walking out. I have a primary care physician but I'm definitely thinking about swapping. Whether you're looking for a primary care physician or needing a place that you're able to get into quick I recommend them. The place is clean and the staff is extremely considerate and very professional

I made my appointment online and it showed that I was 18th on the list. When I arrived, the lobby was full and I was still 6th on the list. They only had one provider working that day but Kim Stewart and her wonderful, caring staff moved people in and out fairly quickly all day. When it was my turn, I was given the best examination and provided with everything I needed to feel better and the nurses were very patient and helpful. I highly recommend this facility! The care I received went extremely well, the wait was not long at all. From the nurses to the receptionist, they all treated me extremely well. The NURSE PRACTITIONER found my NEW PNEUMONIA, early and I was able to get the early treatment that I needed. I thank her so much. Ms. Willie Bell Browder

I visited Fast Pace Health Urgent Care yesterday because I was experiencing symptoms that turned out to be allergies. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. The customer service was outstanding, and the bedside manner of the staff was absolutely perfection. Everyone was kind, attentive, and made me feel comfortable and well cared for. I truly appreciate the professionalism and compassion shown during my visit. I would definitely recommend Fast Pace Health Urgent Care.
