Fast Pace Health Urgent Care - Hopkinsville - KY

10/10 for this place! Even though I walked in 20 minutes before closing, the staff was SO kind and caring. They gave me the same attention they would have given if I’d been the first patient of the day, even though they knew they’d be there late. I truly cannot say enough great things about them. And honestly, every time I’ve gone has really been a repeat good experience, so it’s not a one off. If you’re hesitating on going, don’t. They are knowledgeable and caring, as well as going that extra mile.

I went to Fast Pace Health Urgent Care in Hopkinsville for a DOT physical yesterday and had a great experience. The entire staff was helpful, friendly, and professional from start to finish. They were fast and efficient, but I never felt rushed. Everything was clearly explained, and the process was smooth and straightforward. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a DOT physical or a quick urgent care visit. Great service all around!

They(all the staff including front desk) always make me feel heard and get me or my family members in as fast as possible. They addressed all my needs and gave me numbers for the things I needed and told me next steps to take. My nurse practioner was absolutely amazing! Everytime I or my family goes we are well taken care of and in and out with everything we need as soon as possible. 10/10

I had changed insurance and had not established with a new primary care so I need care in the interim. This was the first time I had visited the Fast Pace clinic, it was in my insurance network. The kiosk was not user friendly and I was confused about how to register with it. The reception person offered no help until I took too long and then gave minimal help. I waited 45 minutes in lobby. I’m sure it would be less with easier registration. After I was in a room I waited 35 minutes for treatment. All treatment staff was professional although brief and aloof attitude. Basically no friendly attitude. 2 minutes with provider and I had the prescription for the medication I needed for my sinus infection. I feel better but I will seek another facility if needed again.

First of the receptionist confused me with another patient with a completely different name. Then the nurse asked me for my symptoms, I explained that I don't have symptoms for what I was there for and she didn't believe me and was very rude. The nurse practitioner came in and asked the same question. I had to explain everything all over again, multiple times because she wouldn't believe me. They were all just very rude and made me feel like I didn't know how MY body felt.
