Fast Pace Health Urgent Care - Hohenwald - TN

This is the absolute worst place to go to. Called ahead of time to make sure they could see a 12 month old, they never asked what insurance I had. Silly me to assume it’s urgent care and they take most all insurance (especially United health) When I get there it’s empty, the lady at the counter doesn’t say anything to me but register on the tablet, I finish registration and I’m waiting waiting waiting, I finally go back up to the counter to tell her I’ve been done, and BARLEY takes a break from scrolling on her phone to say “ ok” After another 15 minutes she’s tells us we don’t accept my insurance. This place Amazing so professional from the front desk, the nurse, the provider is amazing. Samantha Whitwell has the best bedside manner. She takes time to listen to Your needs.She always makes sure You get the best service.

Front desk employee was amazing very engaging, friendly, and polite. The individual that took my sample not so much very dry and non sociable... Over all because of the front desk representative very well.

I’m very upset charged me 160 dollars didn’t have to start with just for lady to not even get near me set across the room from me diagnos me with chiggers which was a very bad diagnosis I had scabies n was a very itchy mess. I feel like that was wrong and hope they enjoy my dollars!

I have had nothing but good experiences here at Fast Pace in Hohenwald. The staff are kind, professional, and fast, making it an ideal choice for whenever I need urgent care but it's not serious enough to sit at the ER for hours.
