They got my daughter to the back quickly, they secured all of her vitals and assessed the reason we were there immediately. Everyone was very comforting, and I especially appreciated the nurse that gave ME a compliment on how I treated her myself before we arrived at fast pace as well as how kind and assuring she was to my girl. And after receiving care they had us sit for a minute to be sure she would be fine before we even left. Would 10/10 recommend

The visit was great, wait time was reasonable, nurse was friendly and physician assistant was helpful!! However, if you don't want your HIPAA rights violated especially for your minor child I absolutely WOULD NOT recommend. Protect your family. Plenty of other urgent cares around that will keep you and your family as a priority and your information private!

The nurse here, I wish I could of caught her name yesterday. She was fantastic and so nice! She had a very positive attitude and was very caring and you can tell she loves her job. I would definitely recommend Fast Face Urgent Care in Fayetteville!

There's a lot of reviews here about how people got charged way more than they expected. Take them seriously. My copay was $30. They asked if I wanted to do 4 tests. I asked how much they would cost. They said it was covered. Yet now I'm being charged $250. I called FastPace Billing and they said the staff have no way to know if tests will be covered or not, that I should have called my insurance to ask. Sure would have been nice to know that sooner. I called Cigna and asked why I got charged $250 when my deductible for Urgent Care is $45. They said that the specific tests they did were not covered, and that I should have looked it up beforehand. Long story short, insurance is a scam. The staff here was lovely and super helpful. But they were mistaken in a way that's costing me $250.

Front desk service was amazing because unfortunately I couldn't find my daughter's BCBS card for a physical needed for her school district because we are moving schools after 10 yrs. The Doctor/ PA/ DO was awesome as well. If I didnt have what was needed for enrollment she will get it for me. She took care of me on Monday with bronchitis and I feel so much better. I never go to doctor unless I have to. There maybe a wait so be patient. Also becareful what your insurance covers. I got charged 250 towards my deductible when I have a copay. They are known just to take it out of your account or HSA
