Fast Pace Health Urgent Care - Fairview - TN

This was my first visit to FastPace. The website was easy to understand and make an appointment. I was able to preregister which saved time also. I did not have to wait when I arrived. The entire staff was very nice, accommodating and professional. I was miserable when I arrived but within 30 minutes of leaving, I was feeling so much better. I highly recommend Fast Pace and will be back.

I came in for a pre-employment drug screen and the medical assistant or front desk associate was the one to take me back for the drug screen. I proceed to remove everything from my pockets and follow the instructions she gave me. She instructed me to fill halfway. I filled the cup to just under halfway(like it was touching the line) and she didn't even try to pour it in the screening cup before instructing me to pour it out because it wasn't enough! After pouring it out she then tells me that it would count as a fail if I couldn't pee again. It was closed to closing and I knew that first off there was plenty of urine to complete the test, and 2 there was no possible way I could go again before they closed. I’m an NP and have never been to an urgent care for my own care. I didn’t expect a great experience but I was pleasantly surprised. I didn’t see any other patients but I could hear someone next to me. The process was fairly simple and reasonably fast. The provider was pleasant and knowledgeable. I don’t know what it would be like if they were busy but, based on my experience, I would recommend them.

Dr Chad and his nurse Brittany are amazing. They both take their time to listen to you and if they tell you, they’re gonna do something, they do it. The only thing that could be better is if Fastpace in general had a messaging system.

When looking for a place to give this 59 year old man a physical to clear me for scuba diving Tamika went above and beyond to get clarification that Fast Pace would give me a physical and set up the appointment for me. Further, Sarah Marsh PA-C even went so far as to research the particulars of providing a physical specific to scuba diving. Ladies, you are impressive. My experience with Tamika and Sarah was more than I ever could have imagined. They treated me like I was the only person there. I felt like a VIP or celebrity. Thank you ladies. You both deserve at least a raise if not a promotion. You two know what customer service is all about and exactly how to exicute it.
