Fast Pace Health Urgent Care - Dry Ridge - KY

I was on vacation and needed medical treatment, decided to try this place since it was close to the hotel. From the moment I walked in the staff immediately made me feel comfortable. They were so concerned about me and kept checking on me and got me to an examine room as soon as possible. The wait wasn't very long, and both Becca and Beth helped me to the room. Beth (MA) was extremely thorough with her assessment, Becca (PCT) was super nice and very helpful. Amy (PA) was right on top of everything, very knowledgeable, ordering appropriate treatment, and getting me on my way quickly. All in all, the experience was definitely the least painful part of my day!

We had to use Fast Pace Urgent Care for one of our family members, and we had a genuinely great experience. From start to finish, everyone was wonderful. The front desk clerk/nurse was friendly, efficient, caring and attentive, and the doctor took the time to listen and explain everything clearly. It’s never fun needing urgent care, but the kindness and professionalism of the staff made all the difference. We truly appreciate the excellent service we received!

Needed an antibiotic on a Saturday. Explained my PCP saw me the day before but forgot to order it on a Friday. I would wait until Monday for him to order but, but had to go out of town for 3 days and wouldn’t be able to get it until Wednesday evening. Dr flat denied she would prescribe it, but didn’t even check my throat, or listen to my chest to make a determination. I’m sure they’ll want their payment. It’s a shame, my wife had a good experience here, different Dr. though.

Great location. Very quick to get it. The staff is kind and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this urgent care.

Today was the first time I have ever been to the office, my 6 yr old wasn’t feeling too well so I decided to come here! The staff was absolutely amazing and so nice, the doctor; she was amazing with him as well! Very professional and attentive! He even asked them if they had a popsicle as most places don’t, and they did and she brought him one! I highly recommend anyone in need of urgent care to go see them!
