In town for the holidays and found myself in need of a doctor. Robin the PA was amazing. She did an exam and explained what I needed to do to feel better. I had a very short wait time and the nurse was awesome too…but I didn’t get her name! I would definitely return.
Went for a random DOT drug screen. They said the nurse couldn’t do DOT TEST. So I had to drive to Lebanon. All the doctors and nurses there said that was crazy. That once you are taught how to do them you can do any. That’s the second time I’ve been there and then had to drive to another town because there wasn’t someone in the office that could treat or help with anyone.
Great service !! My doctor showed lots of compassion and care for my situation. He showed sincere concern with my health. I can’t remember his name but he was wonderful and his nurse was great. She gave me shot and I didn’t feel it. By far, the best experience I’ve had at Fast Pace.
I was feeling extremely sick from what I thought was the flu. I went to fast-pace and got checked out. They let me know I didn't have COVID or the flu but that I did have a bacterial infection. I was given the meds for that and am on the road to recovery. The staff was excellent.
If you need to get well DO NOT GO TO SEE Nurse Austin. She is filling in at the Carthage location on Christmas Eve. Worst experience I’ve ever had with any person in the medical field and I’m 55 yrs old. Came in with a start respiratory infection and she refused to treat my symptoms. She said I wasn’t sick enough. I woke up this morning on Christmas Day totally sick. I will be taking further action on this. This nurse does not need to be seeing patients. I seen Robin last time I was sick and she was awesome
