Fast Pace Health Urgent Care - Bossier City, LA

10/10 everyone was very nice and patient with us. Didn’t take long at all getting us to the back .. thank you💕

The service was fast which was great but the doctor never called in my rx she said she would call in. Saturday the website said they were open but when I called it kept saying I have reached them outside of office hours. So here it is Monday & still no medicine.

The on-site doctor or medical personnel was very courteous and professional. He asked, examined and explained everything in detail. The front desk person could've been more attentive, professional and friendly. She didn't greet us , and only asked if we had registered. Whatever had her attention behind that desk, she was really focused on it. so much as when I told her that I had finished registering as she requested me to do so. She never heard anything I said to her. I get it that we're no other patients. But front desk is the first contact patients meet. And it just kind of sets the tone of what kind of care you may receive during your visit. Other than that, once she finally registered us, we were in and out in no time.

They were very friendly and super fast. I was in and out and they made me ALOT better! Thank yall so much!
