Fast Pace Health Urgent Care - Baton Rouge - LA

Update: I see the business replied. I did reach out to customer service privately before leaving this review. The only response I got was a generic email. And then I received a text to alert there would be an additional charge to my card on file. Really did not want to leave a review as we attempted to deal with our experience through direct communication. We had to come to this clinic for X-rays as the first location we went to did not disclose they had no radiology tech until after we saw the provider. It was quite upsetting and my child was in pain. We were told that the orders for xray were in and we would be able to just go in and out. Instead we had an additional wait and the xray tech did not perform all of the ordered views. October or November 2025 I took my granddaughter to urgent care because she was sick. We went at the end of the business day, they didn’t rush us nor were they irritated with us for coming so late.. This was an amazing experience and we got a diagnosis and medication for my granddaughter. They treated us like we had all the time in the world even though we came 10 minutes before they closed Another encounter February 2026 This experience was wonderful.. I truly trust this establishment with my grandbaby wholeheartedly... They made me feel like she was the only patient they were seeing, and I know there were more patients.. But the time, attention and concern given in our room of care, speaks volumes for how EVERYONE is treated...

They staff was all very nice and took care of me very well. They made sure my blood sugar was good and tried to go through all the options on why I was sick. I appreciate them taking care of me!

I love the fact they are 5 minutes in location. That’s a true blessing when you are not feeling well. No matter how busy they are… it’s never a long and dreadful wait like other urgent cares I have been too. Very knowledgeable staff!!!
