Fast Pace Health Urgent Care - Arlington - TN

Everyone I encountered at reception, the X-ray technician, and the nurse practitioner were excellent and very caring and helpful. They all took fantastic care of me and were very efficient but patient at the same time. I felt like I was in good hands during the entire encounter. It was the best experience I've ever had at an urgent care clinic. Thank you again for everything!

The Nurse Practitioner was very helpful! .I would give her a 5! However, It takes 1 or 2 bad apples to ruin the bunch. The check in front desk lady was Rude! The nurse in the back was the rudest! I had to put her in her place in a professional way. I will not suggest this place to anyone, unless the nurse practitioner, who helped save my husband life is running the entire office! This lady below need an attitude adjustment real quick, and she messed around and found out, how The real deal Brown shut her down!!!

Front desk staff was more polite and caring than the emotionless, rude, “I hate my job” attitude the nurse that took my vital signs and performed my swabs was. He was like a mad robot, only a robot would’ve shown more kindness than him. A thorough nose swab can be done without making the patients nose bleed after. The doctor that came in was not pleasant either. She asked if I wanted a culture of my throat since my tests were negative. I responded with, if you recommend this. And she replied, “naw, it’s yo throat.” I said, sure. She listened to my breath sounds on my back in under ten seconds and my heart for no exaggeration, 2 seconds minimum. I'd made an appointment for a Sunday at 1:30 at the Bartlett location, specifically because they were in-network and had x-ray onsite. When I arrived a half-hour early for my appt, they said an xray tech wasn't available at that location, and transferred my check-in to the Arlington location. Once there, I waited 2 hours to be seen. Aside from the wait time, my experience there was excellent. The receptionist was friendly and apologized for the wait, and the provider that took care of me had a great bedside manner and was responsive to my concerns as well as thorough. The facility itself was very clean and quiet - the rainmaker machine in the treatment room was a nice, calming touch! Wondering if they put that in there in case you need to pee in a cup but can't, lol. This is too far

I came in with a hurt ankle after the ice storm. The doctor got me in quickly and after examining the x-ray, she got me some crutches. Since it was icy and very slick, she personally walked me outside and carried the crutches to my car for me. She was awesome. The overall visit was A++++++
