Fast Access Healthcare

I had an appointment for my daughter at 8 A.M. but didn't get to see doctor (probably a Nurse Practitioner) until 9:15. She didn't mention anything about making us wait that long in the lobby, but when I mentioned it, she just said "I know". I am usually happy with the service I get there, but it really has changed to be much worse!! I couldn't help but think we were not important and something they had to deal. These just my impressions from today. Prior visits had a different staff and doctor on duty and they were much better. If you are reading this, I hope you have a better experience than the one I just had.

The staff at this location is wonderful. I really like the new practitioner that is there now ( I really hope this one stays!) The office, on the other hand, is deplorable. It almost puts you in the mind of a third world clinic facility. A little maintenance would go a long way. The public expects clean and well maintained spaces for a medical office and this is not that!

First let me say I have had nothing but good experiences with the Nurse Practitioners and Nursing staff here. They are always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. If my review were based solely on them, it would be 5 stars. However, every time I've been there the wait time in the waiting room takes a ridiculously long time. It is neither fast, nor accessible. But more importantly, the front desk lady is rude! The only time I've ever seen her be even moderately polite, you can tell it's simply because she's required to be (as if she is smiling through gritted teeth). The rest of the time she's very unfriendly and unhelpful. Honestly were it not for her bad attitude my review would be 5 stars.

Mitzi at Fast Access in Dunlap is wonderful. She was able to see my husband when he was unable to get an appt anywhere else and took great care of him in a very prompt, efficient manner. Couldn’t ask for a more pleasant experience. Highly recommend her if you are looking for a GP or just an urgent care need.

The PA at Lifestyle Way is great she knows what she's doing. The organization as a whose is terrible. What use is it to schedule an appointment when no one checks the schedule or follows up. I understand the medical field is a very challenging field but this place is ridiculous.
