TL;DR at the bottom Went here to get my molar checked out since it broke. Did the usual of getting my first appointment. When they went to check my tooth, it was decaying and needed a dental crown. They told me i needed a dental crown since it wasn't bad enough for a root canal. I said okay, and scheduled another appointment for the temp crown. Another 2 weeks passed and they sit me down, stick and numb me, and they proceed to leave since the numbing can take a bit. It takes A HOUR AND A HALF for them to actually start shaping my tooth. After they finish shaping my tooth, and put in the temp crown, they schedule me for a week from now. The permanent crown got there early so i see them a day early. Doctor Zabihi and her team are truly amazing!!!!! They answer AND return phone calls, send out appointment reminder texts, and are thorough with billing and insurance processes. Our family was able to get an adult extraction appointment in less than a week, as well as a next-day children’s root canal appointment, both as new patients! Medi-cal and private insurance were both accepted here at the Fresno location we visited. Her team was even able to put us on a cancellation list for future dental work, and got us immediate appointments for adult root canals that were scheduled months away!!! The ladies in front office nice and helpful…the Dr no she numbed my daughter left us waiting and hour starting doing the work on my daughter tooth my daughter felt pain so she stopped and didn’t continue the work so now my daughter is in pain with a hole in her tooth and just told she can’t to do it and referred me somewhere else horrible

I have been going to this dentist for a few years already treating myself and my 3 kids. Never had a problem until now! Definitely really disappointed and really need this issue address! Monday I called to make an appointment or see if my daughter could be seen because she was complaining for tooth pain.
