This was an extremely disappointing experience. My son had a scheduled appointment at 2:00 PM and was not seen until approximately 3:00 PM. After finally being brought in, the doctor administered six numbing injections and then left the room for an extended period. We were not attended to again until around 4:25 PM. By that time, the numbing medication had worn off, and my son was forced to endure additional injections. This level of delay after administering numbing medication is unacceptable. It caused unnecessary pain, stress, and anxiety for my child. A medical office should prioritize patient comfort, proper timing, and communication. Unfortunately, none of that was demonstrated during this visit. Due to this experience, we will not be returning and cannot recommend this office to oth

The first time I came here, they treated me very well; of course, they wanted a new customer. But honestly, the service was terrible. The first service was 2 root canals on the bottom, which left me in a lot of pain, they irritated my gum, and it took a very long time to heal. But I thought it was normal. When they put the crowns on, I told them I felt discomfort when biting, and they said they would observe how it progressed. In the meantime, they performed another service to put another crown on the front of my upper teeth. While I was waiting for the permanent crown, a small bump appeared on my gum where they had done the first 2 root canal, which, by the way, hurt a lot.
