Farber Dermatology

Dr. Farber is truly an amazing dermatologist. He treats me and my entire family, and he is incredibly caring and compassionate. We are so grateful for his expertise and the genuine care he shows to every patient.

Went to Dr faber office the first time for mole remove, dr faber is very nice, he gently removed the mold and no scar after, staffs were friendly and nice as well. Enjoy the experience with the office.

I have been going to Dr. Farber for a few years and have been very happy with the treatment I have received. He found a melanoma in Situ on my back and quickly removed it and prevented any further problems. He discusses all of the pathology findings and any further treatment that may be necessary. I think that his demeanor with his patients is reassuring and comprehensive.

They charged me full price for my visit and then submitted to my insurance, who also paid them. If I hadn’t noticed and hounded them for 6 months, I would’ve never gotten paid back, and they would’ve been paid twice for the same visit. Is this considered fraud? Can’t imagine this was an accident, or the first time they’ve done it. Dr. Farber also took a sample from my scalp to test for alopecia. They tested my sample for cancerous cells instead of alopecia, but he didn’t tell me that, he just then said “I THINK you have this kind of alopecia”. I only found out they did the wrong test when I was hounding them for 6 months with questions. I was not refunded for the incorrect test. There were even other issues I won’t go into. Couldn’t recommend this dermatologist any less.

Dr Farber is an excellent Doctor. He’s very professional and patient with his patients. He helped my mother with a wound her finger that would not heal, a few years ago. So when I needed a dermatologist I knew he would be my best option. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Overall my experience was amazing.
