I came here for a scheduled extraction, and in the midst of it, was given a full set of X-rays that I did not request, and afterwards given a full treatment plan that involved several cosmetic procedures that I did not ask for nor want. I believe because I’m young I was taken advantage of. The dentist was quick to say I need implants or bridges, and mentioning Invisalign and gloating about her periodontist majority of the time to later disappear and send one of her staff members to try and get me to agree to an expensive treatment plan after I started I was not financially interested. When we came to agreement on the extraction I came to find out they don’t even do those procedures there and I would then be booked at a Hackensack office to remove my tooth. The worst front desk crew ever! I tried to give them a 2nd chance and I realized they are just rude. 1. Forgot to log my appointment in the book. I waited 3hrs for me turn which was @ 12.45. The 1:00 & 1:15 appointments were taken before me. When I questioned why their response was the person who told me I was next should not have said that because they were next!!!! I waited because I was due for a cleaning and new I would have a full year to find a new dentist!!!! The office manager made my appointment and when she came in she said she didn't know what happened and that was the end of our conversation! 2. The staff there and the dentist are phenomenal, however, they have MAJOR scheduling issues. I always feel like I'm putting together a jigsaw puzzle whenever I attempt to schedule service to then have them call to switch it up a day before to then have them calm you the day of to switch it up again. I just can't.

This is the worse place you can ever go to. Dr is all about money and not the actual wellbeing of her patients. She is rude and talks down on her patients. The front stuff is great helpful honest and easy to deal with. Unfortunally the Dr should choose another career as all she care about is money

They view everyone's mouth as a cash register regardless of what a patient may need. They DO NOT bill insurance companies properly either. Do not even think of going to this place.
