Family Vision: Dr. Pollock & Dr. Schwartz

I haven’t had an eye exam in years. As a mom, I tend to put myself last. From start to finish, my appointment today was absolutely wonderful. Everything was smooth, clear, and stress-free. I had my baby with me since I couldn’t find a sitter, and everyone was so kind and understanding. They made us both feel completely welcome. The staff went above and beyond to help me find glasses that fit my copay budget and still looked great on me. The ladies were so sweet and helped me pick a pair that really suited my face and skin tone. I’m so grateful for their patience, kindness, and care. 10 out of 10. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

we have been with dr.pollock for years, my sister recommend them to us, we have been with them ❤️ for years. The Clinic call us when it's time for a yearly eye check up ,& send us a letter by mail to remind us.👀

Dr. Pollock is pretty much as personable as they get. He explains the latest technology and all about your eyes - if you're interested. Such a nice and caring person. I've been a patient since I moved here from up North. Would never go anywhere else as long as I have the choice. Quality service is a rarity these days and the office staff is also wonderful. Five stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I went to Family Vision for my optical needs since 2019 I’ve always seen Dr. Schwartz. Dr. Schwartz provided great care. However my vision got increasingly worse and on my most recent visit I was told my vision was bad enough and there was nothing else he could do for me. I went and found an ophthalmologist for additional testing. The ophthalmologist office asked for a copy of the medical test from Dr. Schwartz. Family vision They refused to send records so I asked for a copy of record/ test so I can hand deliver the tests myself. I also needed proof that vision was deteriorating so I can give to my employer. Called and was told Dr. Pollack doesn’t do that you’ll have to see the ophthalmologist for that. As a loyal patient I at least expect for a copy of my records and my past vision exam

I recently moved to Western Branch and was looking for a small practice. I was beyond satisfied with my experience. Dr. Pollock was friendly and thorough, the staff was helpful, the office was clean and updated. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.
