Family Vision Care

I went to visit Dr. Cinotti last month. He does his job but has poor bedside manners. I'd give him more stars if he fixes the way he speaks to patients. The assistant (not the front desk) was rude and condescending too.

I had a great experience at this office today. The doctor was very kind and explained everything clearly, and the reception staff was also very friendly and helpful. The whole visit was quick, smooth, and I felt very well taken care of. I definitely recommend this place!

I've decided to have an appointment with Family Vision Care because it was very close to my house but I didn't know they have Dr. Gytta Ehrman-Papier. She is taking the kids for eye exam. I've seen couple doctors before but I think she is the best. She's been so kind and good with the kids, taking her time to check them completely. I see no rush in visits which makes me feel that they get the attention they deserve. And they do prepare lenses real fast. We normally were waiting for 3 weeks to get our lenses with everywhere else, it's only a week and sometimes shorter than that to receive lenses with them.

The doctor is truly the best doctor i have ever been to.!!! But i'll never go there again due to the staffs comments that was done right infront of me talking about my speech disorder ect. i have a couple of health issues. I just looked at them talking then left. Wouldn't lower my self to even complain, i just won't go back there.

I had dry eyes, swollen eyelids and styes. I was a patient of Dr. Marc and Dr. Gytta for around 3 months and they helped me correct my vision. Many thanks!! Even the staff, Robyn and Sharron, were very helpful. You guys rock! Thank you all!!
