They are always more than accommodating for my son. Answering his 10000 kid questions & allowing him to explore around their office. Like most eye doctors they are normally booking out for a whole month or so however they always seem to find a way to squeeze us in if we have to change an appointment or have an emergency. Every staff member I have met has always been amazing & extremely helpful with any questions.

The frames and lenses available at Family Vision are just superior. The licensed and talented staff made the experience a great one. Superior experience to a big box or mall one.

Everything went great. Love my new glasses and the staff was wonderful.

This morning I called because I was having some vision issues. They immediately fit me into the schedule for that day! Dr Burtch was thorough and explained everything to me. He was very understanding and helped lessen my worry. The front desk person was most helpful and pleasant. Everyone in the office seemed very professional and upbeat. I would definitely recommend this practice to everyone! They also have a great selection of frames which I will explore on my next visit in a few weeks.
