Family Urgent Care

Five stars. The Urgent Care is close by, great hours, clean, efficient, and professional. I arrived near 8 pm, when the office closed. I was pleasantly surprised that I didn’t get pushback or discontent. Saad was great. Cordial, efficient, professional. Gave me the options of paying with or without insurance. Gave me the prices for the test I was interested in taking (flu, RSV, covid, and strep). The doctor, Dr. Mahmood, was great too. Based on symptoms he was certain it wasn’t strep and very u likely to be RSV. he wrote me a script for antibiotics as a precaution in case things got worse because of the sinus infection and because I had been sick for almost 5 days.

I was seen in a reasonable amount of time, and the provider listened carefully, explained things clearly, and gave me honest guidance on next steps. The facility was clean and well-organized. Dr. Simi was extremely professional, friendly, and thorough in explaining everything. I never felt rushed, and all prescriptions and referrals were handled seamlessly. I am very pleased with the care I received and would highly recommend this urgent care.
