Family Union Dental Practice

Idk where to start. I guess i’ll go with STAY AWAY! If I could give no stars, I would. I share the same sentiment as others, doctor is horrible, rude, has screamed at me personally and insulted my elderly father on numerous occasions (luckily I wasn’t present to catch it). What a regret I have choosing this place. Please do yourself a favor, and look elsewhere. It’s not personal because I wouldn’t comment on someone’s business based on my “emotions” but they are such a low service facility that you can do better. Office is low quality, attitudes are nasty, professionalism is lacking, unorganized. I blame myself for missing the reviews. I should’ve given them the credit they deserve because wow, they couldn’t be more true. Quite frankly I’m not sure how this man is still running this office

I grew up coming to this dentist. And honestly is ridiculous. This place is very unprofessional and very like horrific. Don’t waste your time coming here. Seriously. Waiting for an authorization, and they have yet to get back to me, I called numerous of time and it seems like the receptionist don’t bother to pick up the call. Mind you, The woman barely knows Spanish or English herself. Doesn’t know what the hell to do. I’d give it 0 stars if I could. Never coming here. Love the MA, other than that good night.

Have been coming here for years and never have had any complaints. Highly recommend this place for people looking for a new dentistry. Dr. Munoz is very professional and helpful with any problems or questions. Making an appointment is very easy and quick as well. Thank you doctor.

Paola is the best receptionist ever!!!!! The ladies are all sooooooo kind and caring. True angels who will heal your dental issues. I love this place. Also their waiting has the most awesome lamps and magazines. I highly recommend visiting this place for your dental needs.

It's interesting that thay are two extreme rating views on their rating. I, for one hand, will give it 1 star due to the fact the cleaning they did; did some minor damage on my molar. They created an indent on the back right side, which will lead for food to be trapped. I didn't have this issue before, only noticeit after I visited them and food started to fill in, I now have to cleaned extra from their neglecting practice.
